What are the operating hours of the resort?
Our resorts are available for booking 24/7. Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability.
Is the resort exclusively for one group only?
Yes! Both Socorro's Nature Place and Tony's Nature Place are exclusively booked for one group at a time. You won't share the property with strangers, ensuring complete privacy for you and your loved ones.
How do I make a reservation?
You can book directly through our official website or contact us via phone, email, or Facebook Messenger. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak seasons and holidays.
What is included in the booking?
Each resort booking includes exclusive use of the entire property, all amenities (pools, cottages, entertainment areas), basic utilities, and parking. Specific inclusions vary by resort - please check the individual resort pages for details.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, we are pet-friendly! We welcome well-behaved pets at both resorts. Please inform us in advance and ensure your pets are supervised at all times to maintain the property's cleanliness and safety.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.
